BACIWA-PrimeWater Bacolod City Mangrove Planting at Roma Beach, Brgy. Punta Taytay

PrimeWater (PW) Bacolod City took part in the Mangrove Planting initiated by the Bacolod City Water District (BACIWA) at Roma Beach, Brgy. Punta Taytay, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
The activity is in celebration of the Earth Day 2022 with a theme “Invest in our Planet.”
This initiative has a goal of promoting environmental conservation and bringing awareness about the earth’s status due to climate change and global warming.
It also aims to start, even in small steps, the protection of the environment, which will have a big impact in the years to come.
PW Bacolod’s participation in this occasion is part of Lingap Kalikasan, one of their CSR activities under the Daloy ng Paglingap Program which aims to protect and nurture the environment.
Present in the event were PW Bacolod and BACIWA employees headed by Acting General Manager Engr. Michael M. Soliva.
