Bacolod City Water District (BACIWA) is thrilled to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), represented by Reserve Unit 605CDC, 6RCDG. This significant event was attended by GM Mona Dia Jardin, SCRO Dennis Secong, Major Nell Ven T Maybanting, and Staff Sergeant Joel Asis, with Atty. Patrick Pangilinan also present as a witness.
Through this strategic partnership, BACIWA employees are now actively engaged in training to join the AFP Reserve Unit. This initiative ensures that BACIWA staff are not only equipped to deliver essential water services but also prepared to serve the community and nation in times of need.
This collaboration underscores BACIWA’s unwavering commitment to public service and national security, contributing to the safety and resilience of the nation.
