BACIWA personnel joined the Civil Service Commission (CSC) 2-day Training on Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) held at District 21 Hotel, Iloilo City.
SPMS is a tool used by government agencies to ensure efficient and effective performance management. The system focuses on aligning employee performance with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives, promoting accountability, and improving overall service delivery. The SPMS involves setting performance targets, monitoring progress, evaluating outcomes, and providing feedback to employees to foster continuous improvement and development.
