Who May Avail of the Services:
Water District registered consumers with disconnected water service connection/s
Procedure:
1. Submit letter request to the Customer Service Clerk and ask for requirements.
2. Submit requirements to the Customer Service Clerk.
3. Proceed to the Disconnection Clerk or Senior Customer Service Officer – Credit and Collection for verification and assessment.
4. Pay assessment to any teller at counters 1 to 5.
5. Present the official receipt to the Credit and Collection Clerk for issuance of re-opening order.
