Procedure On Request For Temporary & Permanent Disconnection
Schedule of Availability of Service:
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Payment is until 4:00 p.m. only with no noon break
Who May Avail of the Services:
Any non-delinquent registered active consumers of the Water District
Procedure:
1. Fill up request form for disconnection, duly signed by the registered consumer and submit it to the Accounts Monitoring Disconnection Clerk, in the Commercial Department.
2. Get assessment from the Accounts Monitoring Disconnection Clerk and go to any teller at counters 1 to 5, and pay the remaining account (if any) in full.
3. Present Official Receipt to the Accounts Monitoring Disconnection Clerk.
