Today, the Bacolod City Water District gathered its key officials and personnel to conduct the Annual Budget Review and Planning. This crucial session allows us to evaluate our financial performance, reassess our priorities, and align our resources in consonance to the distrcit’s vision, mision and values.
During her opening speech, GM Mona Dia Jardin emphasized that this activity plays a big part for the district’s identity prioritizing projects, program and activities as part of the “Thinking out of the Box” agenda.
The session included Departments’ Accomplishment Reports for the past 6 months, Financial Status Report, Updates of the Approved Strategic Plan and Budget Planning.
Through this collaborative effort, BACIWA ensures that our budget reflects the needs of our community, as we continue to provide services to Bacolod City.
The activity also part of the planning session for the upcoming 51st BACIWA Anniversary.
