Delegates from various Water Districts across the country gathered at the Bacolod City Water Districtβs (BACIWA) new 2.6 MGR storage facility in Hda. Loygoy for the orientation of the PAWD Tap and Drill Competition. This event, facilitated by La Carlota Water District with BACIWAβs assistance, is a key highlight of the 46th PAWD National Convention.
