Bacolod City Water District (BACIWA) welcomed the Association of Negros Occidental Water Districts (ANOWD) for a meeting in preparation for the 46th PAWD National Convention, happening on February 26-28, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center, Bacolod City.
As the official host of this prestigious event, ANOWD—comprising 17 water districts from Negros Occidental—is gearing up to welcome water industry leaders, experts and stakeholders from across the country.
